Zuppa soup



Zuppa soup recipe

Materials puff pastry:
Puff pastry is ready to buy, tipiskan, cut into the box, according to the size of the bowl.

Mushroom chicken soup ingredients:

1.5 lt chicken broth
250 ml evaporated milk
50 gr flour
100 grams of canned mushrooms, chopped
150 g cooked chicken, diced
50 g onion, chopped
100 gr butter
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder

Method:

1. Lumerkan margarine, saute onion until softened
2. Enter the flour and stir well. Let the flour cooked, pour the milk and broth, stir well and simmer, transfer to the pan.
3. Add chicken, mushrooms and other seasonings and stir well.
4. Try it seems, when it is fitted, turn off the heat.

Completion:
1. Pour the soup into a heat-resistant ceramic bowl, cover the top with puff pastry.
2. Put it in the oven until the pastry is cooked golden brown.
3. Remove and serve hot.
